Aaron Davis
A driving force in Wyoming’s roots music scene, Aaron Davis is best known as co-founder and songwriter of the alt-folk/country-blues band Screen Door Porch, and for his dynamic solo performances featuring six instruments and poetic storytelling. He fronts the eclectic quartet Aaron Davis & the Mystery Machine and runs Three Hearted Recording Studio, where he recently produced The WyoFolk Project—a landmark compilation of Wyoming songwriters.
With a 12-album catalog and a 2022 Performing Arts Fellowship in Music & Composition from the National Endowment for the Arts, Davis blends Americana, folk, red dirt country, soul-rock, and blues with grit, groove, and soul. His work has been featured on Western AF, and at festivals like SXSW, Treefort, and Grand Targhee Bluegrass.
